These Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) resources and products are the intellectual property of Counselor Jen’s SEL Resources. By purchasing or accessing these materials, you agree to the following terms:

1. Permitted Use

   • These resources are intended solely for the personal use of the purchaser.

   • They may be used within the purchaser’s own classroom, counseling practice, or educational setting.

2. Prohibited Use

   • Duplication, copying, redistributing, or sharing these materials in any form—whether digital or print—is strictly prohibited.

   • Uploading these materials to the internet (including personal or school websites, shared drives, or file-sharing platforms) is not permitted.

   • Selling, reselling, or otherwise using these resources for commercial purposes without express written consent from Counselor Jen’s SEL Resources is prohibited.

3. License

   • Purchase grants a single-user license to the buyer only.

   • Additional educators, counselors, or staff must purchase their own license to use these materials.

4. Intellectual Property

   • All content, including but not limited to lessons, activities, designs, and supporting materials, is protected under copyright law.

   • Unauthorized use or reproduction may result in legal action.
